Innovation sponsor

The Innovation Sponsor covers the participation of start-up companies: this sponsorship includes 2 registrations and a basic booth as part of a larger pavilion.

Cost is calculated per start-up covered.

The Innovation Sponsor can choose more than one start-up, creating their own start-up pavilion with their logo in a prominent position. The benefits in this case for each one of the sponsors will be determined based on the number of booths and the amount of the sponsorship, as well as correlation with one of the 4 existing categories mentioned above (Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Supporter).

A Station can be comprised of 8 or more booths. For example, with the sponsoring of 10 start-ups, the Innovation Sponsor will have their own Pavilion of booths, and correlating benefits of Silver Sponsor.

Customize your participation

Congress bag insertion

Your company’s promotional material can be included in the contents of the Forum bag, which will be distributed to all participants and attendees. All printed material must be approved by the Forum Organizing Committee and be submitted in time, in coordination with the event production company.

The maximum acceptable dimensions are A4 (210 x 297 mm) and the material cannot exceed 250 gr in weight for 1,000 units.

Meeting Point

This will be inside the Forum venue, outside the main entrance/exit of the conference hall. Coffee will be served to all attendees throughout the day in addition to the scheduled breaks. The sponsor’s logo will be included in the meeting point artwork.

Coffee Breaks

The Forum offers coffee to all attendees at pre-scheduled intervals. The Sponsor’s logo will appear at all points serving coffee and will be announced in all Forum printed material.

Forum meals

During the Forum attendees will be offered light meals. The Sponsor’s logo will appear at all meal serving points.

Networking Dinner

The sponsorship refers to the cost of hosting the eHealth Forum official dinner offered to all guest speakers and the Organizing Committee of the Forum. The Sponsor’s logo will appear on a banner within the dinner venue.

Welcoming Reception

After the official opening ceremony on 25th October, there will be a reception held for all the delegates and official guests. The Sponsor’s logo will appear on a banner within the venue and will be announced in all Forum printed material.

Internet Corner

There will be a designated space designed within the Forum as the Internet Corner. It will be equipped with 2 PCs and input for 1 laptop. Branding possibility for the space.

e-Survey

MINDVIEW, which is an industry leader in market research for healthcare professionals, will organize one e-survey per day within the Forum. The results of the survey will be published in the Forum newsletter the next day and will be posted on the Forum website. The Sponsor’s logo will appear in a banner and will be posted on the website.

Filming of the Forum and webcasting – Silver Sponsor

Video broadcasting of speaker synchronized with PowerPoint presentations, οn-demand, through the internet. The webcasting will have lasting exposure while simultaneously offering a useful service of continuing education for those interested.

Sponsor benefits:

  1. The sponsor’s logo appears on the video template, which is the window within which viewers can remotely tune in to view the webcast.
  2. The logo appears on all the video portal pages, where users can login to gain access to the relevant content.
  3. The video portal and the content will be available for at least 12 months after the end of the Forum.

Delegate benefits:

  1. Can access and view after the completion of the Forum, any of the speeches, unlimited times, from anywhere.
  2. Can access and view only the segments they wish (slides, chapters) without wasting time searching through all the material.
  3. All those interested in the Forum content who could not however attend, may view all available content.
  4. This content may be developed for educational purposes as a tool, for training new professionals (healthcare professionals and executives from the public and private sector).

Web Banner

Promoting Sponsor on the Forum website for instance on the “News” page with a web banner dimensions 300 pixels x 250 pixels.

Live streaming

Live broadcast of the Forum through the internet. The Sponsor is promoted with the appearance of their logo throughout the duration of the Forum, while offering a useful service of continuing education to all interested parties. The logo will appear on the video template, which is the window within which viewers can remotely tune in to view the Forum.

Advertisements

Placement in the final programme which will be printed and distributed to all attendees of the Forum.

Participating in the Exhibit

Venue

The eHealth Forum 2016 will be held at the Megaron Athens International Conference Centre. The main sessions will take place in the Banqueting Hall, and parallel meetings, sessions and workshops in surrounding rooms. The Forum exhibit will be hosted in the Banqueting Hall foyer (see the floor plan below).

Our goal is the eHealth Forum 2016 Exhibit to become the centre of networking between delegates and a space that will attract not only experts on ehealth but also users and consumers of e-health & m-health applications and services.

We invite you, therefore, to showcase your products and services, wearables, ehealth, mhealth, IoT applications and services, providing interaction with visitors and audience, educational and training initiatives for users and experts.

The products and services you will exhibit will be announced on the Forum website ehealthforum.org, in the NEWS section, with your promotional texts or digital media according to your specifications.

Leasing exhibition space

The cost for exhibition space is €500/sq.m. Minimum lease is 6 sq.m. The exhibition schematics will be developed based on the volume of exhibitors. The choice of booth will be confirmed based on the overall participation of the company and will be strictly determined by priority.

The numbers on eHealth Forum 2015

In 2015 —the first Greek event on ehealth— welcomed approximately 450 participants, and 90 distinguished world class speakers. The Forum took place on December 3-4, 2015 at the Divani Caravel Hotel in Athens.

Participants satisfaction during the eHealth Forum 2015*

  • 90% of participants rated the information and organization of the Forum as very good or excellent, while 86% rated the Forum administration as very good or excellent.
  • 86% rated the Forum administration as very good or excellent.
  • 90% and 94% of participants respectively, rated the Forum venue and audiovisual infrastructure as very good or excellent.
  • 78% and 80% of participants respectively, rated the content and breakdown of the programme/agenda as very good or excellent.
  • the selection of speakers was rated as very good or excellent by 86%.

At its peak, the ehealthforum.org website reached and average of 600 visitors daily. In the last two weeks leading up to the Forum, readership increased at a rate of 200% per day.
